The agency side doesn't care what you build in.

Pipeline, quotes, invoicing and delivery run the same on every platform. Duda gets API-level extras on top.

What to charge for a website

Most agencies price by guessing what the client will accept. Here is the arithmetic that tells you what you actually need to charge, and why day rates quietly lose you money.

A CRM that talks to Duda

Connect the Duda API once and every published site becomes a record, pages, forms, domains and all, attached to the account that pays for it. This is the one platform where the integration goes all the way down.

Start freeWhat makes it an agency CRM

How the connection works

Paste your API credentials

From the Duda dashboard, under API settings. Read access is enough for the import; write access enables the site-creation tooling.

Pick which sites to import

Every published site in the account is listed. Import all of them, or start with the ones that pay you and add the rest later.

Match sites to accounts

Sites are matched to CRM accounts by domain where we can, and left for you to confirm where we cannot. A forty-site account takes about ten minutes.

It stays in sync

New sites appear as you publish them. Form submissions arrive as leads. Nothing needs re-importing.

What the connection gives you

Portfolio

Every site, pulled

One click imports the whole account. Forty sites become forty linked records instead of forty browser tabs.

Forms

Submissions become leads

Point us at your Duda forms and enquiries arrive in the pipeline, spam classified out, owner assigned.

Build

Notes become a brief

Paste the kickoff call and get the structured document Duda’s "create site from document" flow expects.

What actually lands in the CRM

Specifics, because “syncs with Duda” is what everyone says and it means nothing.

We do not copy your site content into the CRM. Duda is where the site lives; the CRM holds the commercial record around it.

Honest about the rest

Duda is the only platform with API-level integration today. On Webflow, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace you get the same CRM, quoting, invoicing and delivery tooling — you just link sites by hand rather than pulling them. We would rather write that here than have you find it in a trial.

Common questions

Does Duda have a built-in CRM?

Duda has a client management layer for site access and team permissions, but it is not a sales CRM. There is no pipeline, no quoting and no invoicing. AgencyGenius sits alongside it and adds the commercial record around the sites Duda hosts.

Will connecting the API change anything on my sites?

No. The import is read-only unless you explicitly enable the site-creation tooling, and nothing is published, edited or unpublished on your behalf at any point.

What if only some of my clients are on Duda?

That is the normal case. Duda sites pull automatically and everything else is linked manually. A mixed portfolio sits in one place either way.
