The CRM that knows what a website is
Every other CRM gives you a text field labelled “website” and considers the job done. AgencyGenius connects to the platform you build on, so the client record and the site you built for them are the same record.
No card. Connects to Duda, Webflow, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace.
What a generic CRM costs you
Nothing dramatic. It costs you in the same three places every month, quietly, and the bill only shows up when a renewal slips or a client asks what you did for them last year.
Your sites live in a text field
Forty live sites, forty URLs typed into a custom field. Nothing tells you which ones are down, out of date, or three months from renewal.
Your pricing lives in a folder
Last quarter's proposal, duplicated and edited. The number is a memory of the last number, and the margin drifts down each time.
Your recurring lives in someone's head
Care plans, hosting, domains. Whoever set them up knows when they bill. That person is going on holiday.
One record, from first enquiry to fifth renewal
The reason agency work fits a general CRM badly is that the deal does not end when it closes. It turns into a build, then a site, then a subscription. AgencyGenius keeps all four attached to the same account.
Enquiry
Your contact forms post straight in. Spam filtered, owner assigned.
Quote
Line items priced from your own rate card, not from last time's PDF.
Project
Won quote spawns the build, one project per line item.
Site
Live site pulled from the platform API and linked to the account.
Recurring
Care plan billed monthly. Renewal dates are data, not memory.
The portfolio you already have, as data
Connect a platform once and every site you have published becomes a record with a status, an owner and a renewal date. This is the screen most agencies did not know they were missing until they saw their own sites in it.
| Site | Account | Plan | Status | Renews | MRR |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| harbourdental.com | Harbour Dental | Care | Healthy | 12 Oct | $99 |
| meridian-legal.com | Meridian Legal | Partner | Healthy | 03 Nov | $299 |
| quaystudio.co | Quay Studio | Essentials | SSL expires in 9 days | 28 Sep | $39 |
| northfieldvets.com | Northfield Vets | Care | Healthy | 19 Dec | $99 |
| bramblehill.farm | Bramble Hill | None | No plan, 14 months | — | $0 |
Example accounts, not real ones. The last row is the one that pays for the software: every agency has a handful, and nobody can name them from memory.
Agencies earn three ways. Most CRMs model one.
A pipeline that ends at “Closed Won” describes a third of your revenue. The other two thirds are where the business actually compounds, and they are the two a general CRM has no opinion about.
New business
The part every CRM does. Enquiry, qualification, quote, won. Useful, and the smallest of the three once you are a few years in.
Recurring
Care plans, hosting, domains, licences. Predictable, unglamorous, and the reason an agency survives a slow quarter.
More work for clients you have
A second site, a rebuild, a campaign. Cheapest revenue you will ever win, and the easiest to forget to ask for.
Closing new business on an existing account should not mean creating a duplicate company record. In AgencyGenius it attaches to the account you already have, and the same delivery, invoicing and subscription steps run either way.
Works with what you already build on
The CRM, quoting, invoicing and delivery side is platform-agnostic. One platform goes deeper than the rest, and we would rather mark it plainly than imply parity.
On Duda, sites and form submissions pull automatically. Everywhere else you link sites by hand and get the same CRM around them.
Pricing
The free tier is the whole CRM, not a trial: pipeline, quotes, invoicing and projects, with your own Stripe connected. Paid plans add the Vault, automations and AI enrichment.
Questions people actually ask
What is an agency CRM?
A CRM built around the fact that an agency sells a project and then keeps the client. General CRMs model a pipeline that ends at "Closed Won". An agency CRM carries the record past that point, into delivery, into the live site, and into the recurring revenue that follows.
Do I need one if I only have twenty clients?
Probably not for the pipeline. You will want it for the renewals. Twenty clients is roughly where care plans, domains and hosting stop fitting in a spreadsheet, because they all renew on different dates and none of them tell you first.
Can it replace HubSpot?
For a web or design agency, yes, and it costs a fraction. If you run a large outbound sales team with sequence automation and lead scoring, no. HubSpot is better at that and we would rather say so than lose you in month two.
Does it work if my clients are on different platforms?
Yes, and most agencies are. Duda sites pull automatically through the API; WordPress, Webflow, Wix and Squarespace sites are linked manually and behave the same way once linked. A mixed portfolio is the normal case, not the edge case.
What happens to the data if we leave?
You export it. Accounts, contacts, projects, quotes and invoices come out as CSV, and there is no retention period or exit fee. Software that makes leaving difficult is telling you something about how it expects to keep you.
