(what you can and can't do)

This document outlines how you’re allowed to use the resources available through our platform — including components, code snippets, templates, widgets, and other assets (“Resources”).

By using anything we publish, you agree to the terms below. We’re not here to over-police or make things harder than they need to be — we just want to be fair, transparent, and protect the work that goes into what we create.

What You’re Free to Do

AgencyGenius gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and integrate our Resources into both personal and commercial projects.

You can:

• Use Resources in unlimited personal or client projects
• Modify, combine, and adapt Resources however you like
• Use Resources across different sites and platforms
• Reference or build from ideas we share in your own work, including AI-assisted builds

We believe creativity compounds — and we’re not in the business of gatekeeping innovation.

What You’re Not Allowed to Do

To keep things fair for everyone, here’s what’s not allowed:

• You can’t resell, redistribute, or repackage AgencyGenius Resources (modified or not) as your own.
• You can’t offer our widgets or components as standalone downloads — whether for free or for sale.
• You can’t recreate and republish our work on other platforms (like Framer, Webflow, or Wix) and present it as your own version of AgencyGenius.
• You can’t use our Resources to directly compete with AgencyGenius — that includes launching your own component library based on or heavily derived from our stuff.

We’re not naive — we know a lot of this can be recreated with AI. That’s fine. We’re not here to stop people from building things. But if you’re misusing or reselling our widgets in a way that’s clearly crossing the line, we’ll take action — including revoking access without refund and, where needed, escalating things legally.

Account Usage

Your AgencyGenius membership is for individual use unless you’re on a team plan. Please don’t share login details or give others access through your account.

Team Plans

Running an agency or working in a group? We offer discounted team access. First seat is full price, and additional seats are discounted. Message us if you need a custom setup or want to onboard your whole team properly.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. If that happens, you’ll need to stop using our Resources and remove them from any ongoing or future builds.

Liability

AgencyGenius isn’t responsible for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities related to the use (or misuse) of our Resources. Everything is used at your own discretion and risk.

Updates to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, continued use of our platform means you accept the new terms.
