These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website, resources, and services. By accessing AgencyGenius, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, that’s fine — but you won’t be able to access the platform.

Scope of Services

AgencyGenius provides access to a growing collection of resources for creative developers, including:

• Code snippets
• Tutorials
• Videos
• Widgets
• Tools and experiments

Access to these resources is granted through:

Subscription Plans:

We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription options. As long as your subscription is active, you’ll get access to everything currently available — plus any new components or content added during your billing period.

Free Plan:

A limited set of resources is available for free. You can upgrade at any time to unlock the full library.

We do not offer lifetime access plans.

Use of AgencyGenius Resources

All usage is covered under our Licensing Agreement (read that for the full breakdown), but here’s the core idea:

What’s allowed:

• You can use our resources for unlimited personal or client projects
• You can modify, remix, and adapt them however you like
• You can use them across different platforms

What’s not allowed:

• You can’t resell or redistribute our resources (original or modified)
• You can’t recreate and distribute our work under another name or platform
• You can’t share your login or account access with others
• You can’t use AgencyGenius resources to directly build a competing product

Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account — without refund — and, if needed, legal action.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Terms:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your billing period — no surprise lockouts or cutoffs.

We don’t offer lifetime plans, because the internet moves too fast for “forever” to mean anything useful.

Refund Policy

We don’t offer instant refunds, but we’re human. If something goes wrong or you’re genuinely not happy, reach out within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll review your case. Email info@agencygenius.co.

Taxes

At the moment, we don’t charge VAT or other regional taxes. If that changes in the future, we’ll notify all members in advance and clearly explain how it will affect your billing.

Some pages or resources on AgencyGenius may contain links to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of those websites — so use them at your own discretion.

Affiliate Links

From time to time, we may include affiliate or referral links to tools we genuinely recommend. If you use one of those links and sign up, we might earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. These links help keep the platform growing.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect platform changes or clarify policies. When that happens, we’ll notify members in advance. Continued use of AgencyGenius means you accept the updated terms.
